  My partner went in for a cut tonight and received the most dreadful cut I've ever seen on him. The shave job around the back of his head is patchy of number 1,2 and 3 levels and it looks terrible! Not only that he also mentioned on how rude the staff were.

  I ventured I to Windsor today after a long week of work. Looking extremely scruffy and in desperate need of a haircut. I was not intending to have my hair cut at all as I am extremely reluctant to have my hair cut because I have had some shocking experiences in other salons, mainly with the actual cutting of my hair.
  So, I bravely entered the salon at Windsor.
  My experience began with the best shampoo I have ever had and I soon relaxed. Oh my god! I'm sure I'll go back just to get my hair washed. The time spent, to ensure my hair was washed well and conditioned before my cut was immensely appreciated.
  My hair is hard to cut because the texture and curl mean that it needs to be cut according to my hair type and not many hair salons have this understanding. The hairdresser intuitively and skilfully applied her expertise and I'm extremely happy results. Super happy!!
  The staff were so friendly and I felt immediately relaxed so much that I almost fell asleep in the chair. This is testament to the fact that I knew I was in good hands and did not need to be on high alert or to worry that they would 'wreck' my hair, like other places have down many many times before.
  I've read the reviews on here, and the salon at Windsor is fresh and clean.
  I valued the time and care given to me today and cannot thank Holly and Jamie-Lee enough!!!!
